La Fôret Bakery and Coffee. Location: Burnaby, British Columbia. La Fôret is the place to be! It was such a great find, due to its odd/hidden location. Loved the modern and lively atmosphere as well as the interior desgin. The decor to the food was aesthetically pleasing, plus it's a cute spot to take artsy instagram photos. There is a variety of desserts ranging from matcha sponge cake, seasonal berry fruit tarts to classic macarons and more. It's a great place to grab a cup of coffee and a dessert with friends. La Fôret is superb when it comes to their delicous paninis and strong espressos if you are into that. This place is worth a try so if you are ever near Metrotown or in Burnaby, make sure to stop by!
